NEW: Longines Ultra-Chron Carbon

Built for performance, designed for individuality—no two are alike

Longines is making history once again with the Ultra-Chron Carbon, a timepiece that blends the brand’s high-frequency heritage with cutting-edge materials. For the first time, Longines has crafted a watch case from carbon, a material prized for its strength and lightness. The outcome is a contemporary take on the iconic 1968 Ultra-Chron Diver, engineered for exceptional precision and durability.

At the heart of this new model is the exclusive Longines calibre L.836.6, a high-frequency movement that beats at 36,000 vph. This technology, which the brand pioneered in 1910, enhances accuracy and resilience, making it especially resistant to shocks and magnetic fields. The watch is fully certified as a chronometer by TIMELAB, ensuring top-tier performance.

Visually, the Ultra-Chron Carbon is a statement piece. The 43mm case is made from carbon fibre and epoxy resin, compressed under high pressure to form a unique texture—giving each case its own pattern. This ultra-light material means the entire watch, including its strap, weighs under 80g, making it incredibly comfortable on the wrist. Water-resistant to 300m, it’s built for adventure.

Design-wise, Longines has embraced a bold, modern aesthetic. The titanium bezel features an aluminium insert with a numbered scale, while the sandblasted anthracite dial is accented with silver indexes and hands coated in Super-LumiNova for superior readability. A black technical fabric strap with a titanium buckle completes the look, housed in a sleek black presentation box.

Whether you’re drawn to its lightweight construction, efficient movement, or distinctive design, this watch is for those who appreciate both heritage and technology.
