Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025: Raymond Weil
Compact case sizes, sector dials, and a reverse panda revival—the Geneva-based brand’s latest millesime models are catnip for vintage purists and modern-day watch nerds alike
Raymond Weil is keeping things fresh this spring with nine new additions to its millesime collection—six sleek 35mm dress watches and three handsome 39mm chronographs.
The family-owned watchmaker is leaning into its winning formula of vintage charm, Swiss precision and modern accessibility, all while catering to slimmer wrists and those who like their luxury watches with a side of subtle flair.

Let’s start with the 35mm line-up, which includes four new small second models and two central second variations.
The small second models riff on the brand’s 2023 GPHG award-winning piece, staying true to its vintage roots with sector dials, domed sapphire crystals, and automatic movements. It’s all about refinement here, with details like recessed sub-dials at six o’clock and finely textured surfaces keeping things elegant but never stuffy.
There’s a pleasing variety on offer, too. You have a salmon dial on grey leather, an anthracite version with mint accents, a clean silver-on-grey combo, and a warm cream dial model with rose gold PVD and diamond-set lugs—yes, lab-grown stones, so it’s bling with a conscience.

The central second additions shift the mood slightly—still retro-leaning, but with a more streamlined, modern edge. One comes in a breezy sage green, while the other, in cream with diamonds on the lugs, adds a bit of sparkle. Both are fitted with five-link steel bracelets, Super-LumiNova markers, and powered by automatic movements.

Then come the 39mm chronographs—three sporty yet elegant models tapping into a growing appetite for vintage-inspired complications. All are powered by Raymond Weil’s RW5030 calibre, offering a hefty 62-hour power reserve and a balanced triple-sub-dial layout. Sector dials take cues from the ever-popular reverse panda style, boosting readability and appeal in equal measure.

Options include a steel model with an anthracite dial and silver counters, a black-and-white rose gold PVD version that leans classic, and a more relaxed stainless-steel version on a camel strap. All come with domed sapphire crystals, water resistance to 50m, and a pleasingly slim profile at 12.9mm thick.
