NEW: Tudor Black Bay Chrono Carbon 25

The Swiss Manufacture goes full throttle with its lightest chronograph to date—built for speed, stripped for performance, and tuned for the track

Tudor has always had a foot on the gas when it comes to motorsport. From strapping their watches on Porsche drivers in the ’60s to backing F1 teams in 2025, the brand’s link with racing runs deep.

The new Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 25” is a high-octane nod to that legacy, and it might just be the lightest, raciest Black Bay ever made.

Let’s start with the big shift: this Chrono comes in a full carbon-fibre case, including the end-links of its hybrid strap, a first for Tudor. At 42mm across and slimmer than its stainless-steel siblings, it’s designed to sit light and low on the wrist.

The pushers? Grade 2 titanium, PVD-coated. The caseback? Also titanium. Everything about this watch screams motorsport minimalism, down to the carbon tachymeter bezel and sub-dials.

Then there’s the dial—a crisp, domed “racing white” face that pulls visual cues from the 2025 Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 car.

That includes contrasting carbon fibre sub-counters at three and nine o’clock, a 45-minute counter, and a discreet date window at 6. The familiar Black Bay “Snowflake” hands are back, this time outlined in black and filled with bright Super-LumiNova.

Under the hood sits the Manufacture Calibre MT5813, a COSC-certified, column-wheel chronograph movement with a vertical clutch, 70-hour power reserve, and silicon balance spring.

Built in collaboration with Breitling, it blends Tudor’s regulation and finishing with Breitling’s base architecture for a movement that’s as tough as it is precise.

Only 2,025 pieces will be made, a nod to the current racing season and a reminder that this is a serious collectible for motorsport fans. Each watch is individually numbered on the PVD-coated titanium caseback, so unlike that Racing Bulls car, you can get some time with it.
