The ‘Le Petit Prince’ series occupies a special place in IWC Pilot’s Watch repertoire. Fans of IWC know that the perpetual calendar movement is one of the brand’s most famous innovations.

Developed by Kurt Klaus in the 1980s, the complication is lauded as one of the most practical and easy-to-use perpetual calendar movements – it automatically computes the difference in number of days of the months and leap years, and needs no adjustment until the year 2100. In the event that the user needs to adjust the calendar displays, he can do everything simply via the crown. The extraordinary complication is joined by a flyback chronograph, which endows this classy offering with a dose of sportiness.
